Probably there are no contemporary sources on "Herodion of Patras" to validate the claim that Paul refers to him in Romans 16, as Paul says nothing about Patras. IMHO this article might be written as a report on Eastern Orthodox tradition, instead of fact, if none of the claims about Herodion of Patras have contemporary reliable sources (writers who wrote within 50 years of his death). The traditions about him should be cited and dated (like "church father" X, writing in 1000 AD says this about him . . . ." (AltheaCase (talk) 15:35, 8 July 2023 (UTC))[reply]
