Gathering Info

I am in the process of gathering proper citations for this and other Grand Canyon trails, including North Kaibab Trail, Cape Final Trail, Hermit Trail, South Kaibab Trail, and Bright Angel Trail. Apology

I apologize for the high number of edits, but this is really my first article that I've organized into categories and provided citations for, so I had to figure out some formatting at times (if not for the 'show preview' feature, it would have been 10 times as many!). Please feel free to critique the article, and I am likely to add more information as there is a trail guide that I did not have handy at the original creation.
