[edit]Changed text implying that beta-arrestin 2 recruitment is necessary and sufficient for receptor internalization. This is incredibly debatable in the field and it's best at present just to say that herkinorin doesn't cause either.
- The opioid tolerance issue with herkinorin reminds me of the endogenous opiate peptide found in humans DAMGO and its claimed effects. Nagelfar (talk) 11:02, 17 October 2009 (UTC)
