sources and editing required
[edit]Reading the other comments here, I'm not really surprised at the ostensible lack of quality in the article. I posted a couple of minor edits but am looking for support for a proper edit. Info here doesn't seem completely commensurable with other wiki pages on freedivers. Worse, online resources seem to be biased (www.herbertnitsch.com) or outdated (www.freedivecentral.com/f-herbert-nitsch-111). As an amateur freediver and neophyte editor, I need some help clearing all this up, soon! Thanks. Archphil (talk) 12:15, 18 March 2010 (UTC)
- +1 that this article needs proper editing; It is badly written and organised, and is very difficult to read. --MarmotteiNoZ 22:38, 25 November 2012 (UTC)
Record holder CNF
[edit]According to Free-diving not Carlos Coste but William Trubridge is the current world record holder with 101 metres — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.35.138.63 (talk) 13:38, 13 September 2011 (UTC)
Spilt table to vertical vs horizontal performance?
[edit]Reading the table of record is not very easy, since it mixed many different category. It seems that some performance are done only verticaly (depth) while others are horizontally (e.g. DYN). So it would be better for understanding to split the table so that the "record" column is comparable. Or one table per category? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.65.52.7 (talk) 10:07, 14 November 2016 (UTC)
