I've been trying to learn

whether or not Kitson was an American. I found this claim here, " Kitson only carried a British passport." but that is not quite the same thing. It makes it sound as if he had options. Since most if not all of his important work is in the US I am inclined to call him an American, but . . ..... any ideas? Now, about that birth year.
