Citation needed

I have raised a citation need in this page with regard to his stated cause of death. A biography of him in Shropshire History Makers(1976) by Dorothy P.H. Wrenn, stated the cause of his death was unknown and he died before death certificates were issued. His sketch in the more recent Oxford Dictionary of National Biography does not state a death cause either.Cloptonson (talk) 21:31, 11 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
