I am please with the content in the article thus far. I am impressed with the depth that the article goes into. The only problem is are minor ones dealing with the references and disambiguation links. I think the article would be better off using something similar to the example provided in WP:CITESHORT.

For example, the citation in ref#27 is not appropriate as the full reference of Bird & Sherman cannot be readily found. Being that there are several other instances of books being cited many time with the only citation difference being the page numbers, the References format would be better off having a "References" section with all the single-use sources and short citations and then have a section below of "Works cited" having the multiply-use sources there.

There are also multiple disambiguation links in the article. You can find them by clicking on the link in the toolbox on the side. I will place the article review on hold until these items are addressed. Happy editing! --Tea with toast (話) 17:11, 3 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
