- One duplicate link for fire lance
- Link gunpowder, metallurgy, propellant, grenade, bombard (weapon), and I'd probably add redlinks to Ashi River and Banlachengzi (both are presumably notable and should have articles at some point)
- Is there any idea what type of projectile it fired?
- The account in the Yuanshi does not explicitly mention the type of projectile used. I would assume that the Heilongjiang hand cannon, like the Wuwei cannon, fired iron balls as projectiles.--Khanate General ☪ talk project mongol conquests 07:23, 16 August 2016 (UTC)
- Fair enough - it is over 700 years old, after all - there's a limit to what we can know about something that old, of course. Parsecboy (talk) 12:42, 16 August 2016 (UTC)

- Where is the cannon now? I'd assume it's been preserved at a museum - is it available for public viewing?
- I might trim a bit on Nayan's rebellion against Kublai Khan - it's not particularly relevant to this article that Kublai personally led the army that suppressed the rebellion, the size of the army, or the line about Li Ting. You might jump from mentioning the revolt to a simple statement like "In 1287, soldiers equipped with hand cannons attacked Nayan's camp. The Yuanshi reports..." - Parsecboy, Khanate General has made no edits to Wikipedia since April 5, which means that there is a good chance that he/she will not respond to this review. If, within a couple more days, nothing happens, I think I would be willing myself to address the concerns that you have mentioned, even though I have never before edited the article. - Yes, I had noticed he has not been active lately - if you'd like to handle the issues/questions I've posted, that would be great. Parsecboy (talk) 18:03, 22 July 2016 (UTC)
- Parsecboy, I have taken care of the first two points, but upon further consideration do not consider myself able to handle the rest. Display name 99 (talk) 21:59, 24 July 2016 (UTC)

- Thank you for the review. I apologize for the late reply. I've been unable to edit Wikipedia lately due to health problems. I will address the remaining three points by the end of this week.--Khanate General ☪ talk project mongol conquests 01:07, 26 July 2016 (UTC)
- Sure, take the time you need - I'll be happy to wait if need be. Parsecboy (talk) 11:45, 26 July 2016 (UTC)
