[edit]I'm confused as to why this article is tagged as promotional. Because she is someone I know personally, I've tried as a favor to her to make the article objective and sought the help of a Wikipedia expert in doing so. He guided me with format and footnoting, and tried to pattern the article after Arne Duncan's, the current US Secretary of Education. Please advise what can be done to improve this article. Thank you. OldEducator (talk) 15:35, 21 January 2010 (UTC)
