I'm honestly puzzled as to why someone has put the notability banner at the top of the page. While she's not as hugely recognizable as Nora Roberts or Danielle Steele, she is a big name in the romance and PNR fields. To delete the page is just plain silly. She's notable. She's hit the NYT bestseller listing on more than one occasion. She's far more notable than some of the other people on wikipedia that have articles. The biography is reasonably complete, but could use some filling out, especially on her background. Spelling and grammar needs to be fine-tuned, and the list of her novels should be cut down to the notable ones. Extended citations, outside of her own website, are needed.
