The comment(s) below were originally left at Talk:Heathcliff Slocumb/Comments, and are posted here for posterity. Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.

This has nothing on his life before baseball, nor after it. Citations and/or references are needed here, as is a cutting down on the trade - we're talking about Slocumb, not the other guys. Of course they should be briefly mentioned, but as it is, they're in danger of overshadowing the subject of the article. Edofedinburgh 21:57, 19 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
