HRT is a somewhat well-known cardiac physiology topic, and that's all this article really should be. There's currently too much about vague research that gives the topic too much credit, and statements such as "simplistic view" and a general, unreferenced bit about the PNS having a "protective" effect on the heart, are pretty unnecessary in my opinion.
