Heart of Eternity and Millenium Star come from same original diamond?

[edit]

It was stated in the article that the Heart of Eternity comes from a 777 carat stone, the same that the Millenium Star comes from. I found this statement doubtful. 1) The Millennium Star diamond article states that it came from Zaire, while the Heart of Eternity article says its origin is South Africa 2) The Millenium star is colorless, while the Heart of Eternity is blue.

the Smithsonian link states that their origin is different. I believe the confusion is that both were part of the same collection from De Beers.

I'll leave it open for disscusion for some time and will remove if no objection is found 141.157.64.95 01:07, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
