Merging new article
Vietnamese view of health and illness and utilization of health care is a new article that seems to have been copy-pasted from someone's research paper, probably for a high school Health course or something. It may be OR, but it cites references and could probably be recycled in order to expand Health in Vietnam. The article discusses in general terms the overall health habits of the Vietnamese, including diet, use of medication and health care, and so on. Suggesting we merge the article into this one, perhaps as the content of an "overview" section. To do that we'd need source the text using the references given and new ones, copy edit and rework (the prose is fairly simplistic), and of course wikify. --dragfyre_ʞןɐʇc 17:07, 10 June 2010 (UTC)
- Quick merge. Agree that this article is poor and needs urgently to be merged. Itsmejudith (talk) 22:16, 11 June 2010 (UTC)
Vietnam Health System is another article that can be merged into this one. --dragfyre_ʞןɐʇc 06:17, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
Update lead?
The lead sentence starts of with some estimates for 2005. It seems the estimates for 2009 are way better than that, according to the main article Vietnam. Would anyone care to update the figures? Cheers, Til Eulenspiegel (talk) 22:43, 4 December 2011 (UTC)

Critique
1. Is the term "good" valid in the context of the first statement of the article? Where does the term "good" come from? Is it a category used by a health organization?
2. The "Healthcare system" system section should probably be a larger section in comparison to "Maternal and Child Healthcare".
