Proposed improvements to the lead section
[edit]The article could really benefit from an improved introduction section as it currently has a very abrupt start; the article immediately goes into life expectancy statistics, which is important, but may make more sense to mention after a statement regarding the economic status of Nicaragua as a whole. Some details about the healthcare system in Nicaragua and the challenges it faces would also be beneficial. Avrillarios (talk) 22:27, 15 April 2024 (UTC)
