Proposed Change to Table

Proposing a change to the table for when areas are in additional measures and to make it clear that areas going into additional measures had been "not exempt" since earlier dates (sometimes 10 July 2020). Summary of what I am proposing down as far a Chile below. Yes, having seen the recent announcements I will wait until next week to see how they change things. My assumption is that everything that is currently exempt will move to not exempt but we need to see what the next regs say.Tracland (talk) 08:53, 16 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
