Can you please improve your English. I am saying Colonel-lead commands and units are not usually notable on Wikipedia. And all your information is totally written in inprecise English and incorrect. HQ South West is not new and not formed in 2019. We routinely write articles about battalions and independent companies - that is, led by sometimes majors and captains (U.S. Army - in line with the Milhist notability guidelines. While commanded at a lower level than usual, there have been military districts commanded by colonels before (Colonel-led; "Colonel-lead" isn't correct English either), and there no doubt will again. There's no question that such a formation is notable, so long as it does the normal thing and meets GNG. Buckshot06 (talk) 20:07, 4 November 2019 (UTC)
