Nice to see this new article! Do you think it would be worth adding the Friedman & Tamari (1967) reference currently listed at Tamari lattice? There is also an earlier (1964) technical report that I found, Sur quelques problèmes d'associativité, with very similar content. There Tamari is listed as the sole author, but at the end of the introduction he writes that
Les traits principaux de la démonstration donnée ici en particulier la plupart des lemmes et propositions importants, sont essentiellement due à un travail de Madame Haya Friedman de l'année 1958. (The main features of the proof given here, in particular most of the important lemmas and propositions, are essentially due to work carried out by Ms Haya Friedman in the year 1958.)
