i would like to find your help to explain some thing about hay HR system
Male vs Female
[edit]"The Hay system consistently values male-dominated management functions over non-management functions more likely to be performed by women."
I'm confused, if men and women are the same, how would there be any functions more likely to be performed by men and women? If men and women are different then what is the commotion about the genders being evaluated differently? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Phydroxide (talk • contribs) 21:28, 14 January 2013 (UTC)
- We are in the year 2023. That gender discussion is no longer valid. Surely before 2030 some movement will appear requesting a quota for men; since 80% of executive positions will be occupied by women. The future phenomenon will be the result of the number of university graduates and postgraduates: the majority women. FitoPiñeyro (talk) 19:31, 29 February 2024 (UTC)
Who guards the guardians ?
[edit]What is not clear to me is - who evaluates the HR function itself which appears pivotal to this exercise ? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.252.127.213 (talk) 20:07, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
