Clean Up

Just started a clean up of the article, mainly in regards to geography, and to ensure coherence with other linked pages on Wikipedia. I have moved the Whangamarino Section from this page as it is not geographically related to the Hauraki Plains. I have copied this section to the Whangmarino River page.
