"Banned" status

It's clear that the BBFC only ever ruled on a certificate for VoD, the film never having previously been submitted for either a theatrical or a home video certificate. Lacking any appropriate certificate, it cannot be supplied within the UK, but an individual personally importing and possessing a copy would not be breaking any law.
