The name of this page is incorrect, this person was never called "Harvey" He was called "Herve". Herve is a uniquely Breton name of celtic root. This page should be called Herve III, Lord of Léon. No Historic documents refer to him as Harvey.It is obvious this mistake was made by a direct translation French to English App.
