Neutrality

I couldn't find the neutrality discussion mentioned on the article tag, so I figured I'd make one. :)

I cleaned up a lot of advertising jargon, performed some general cleanup, and added some weak sources. It could use some headers as well, I'll look into it if I get a chance. Ransomware attack
