Indeed even though US places apparently are generally referred to with the state, I'd point out that the place in Georgia is around 40x the population as well as being a county seat and not named after Hartwell, Buckinghamshire. Crouch, Swale (talk) 09:19, 25 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
