Ambassador to the Philippines?
[edit]Seeking clarification, is this THE Harry K. Thomas who has been designated as the next United States ambassador to the Philippines? The two biographies do not seem to match.
Possible guilty plea
[edit]The article I referenced regarding his failure to make his scheduled payment also claims he is considering a guilty plea to federal tax charges. I did not refer to those rumors to stay in line with living person standards but did adjust some tenses and start a new paragraph where that information can be inserted if it proves to be true.
