Smith's Family Connections
[edit]I read in WWF Magazine's April 1993 issue that Harry Smith was the father of Helen Hart, the wife of Stampede Wrestling promoter Stu Hart, and is thus a grandfather of Bret and Owen Hart as well as a great grandfather to Nattie Neidhart and David Hart Smith ( born Harry Smith.)The article mentioned that Helen's father, known as "Handsome" Harry Smith, competed in the 1912 Olympics. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 170.37.240.10 (talk) 19:21, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
Is it worth mentioning that one of his great-grandchildren has the same name?

There's no doubt that's relevant, especially since his grandson is a public figure. I see this was posted in 2015, so I'll see if it's still not on the page. If not, I'll add it. "Yes...It's Raining" 00:59, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
This article is written very strangely
[edit]I don't think I've ever seen another Wiki page that was written like this, with basically bullet points of information instead of a cohesive paragraph structure. I don't know anything about Harry Smith, so I'd overhaul it, but I'm afraid I'd screw something up. Could someone fix the way this is written? If nobody volunteers sometime soon, I'll come back and do it the best I can. It's just not how Wikipedia articles are supposed to be written. This is an online encyclopedia, not the outline of a book report. "Yes...It's Raining" 00:59, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
- I did most of the work here, it was way back in my early Wikipedia days, sadly I did not have the ability to pay for many of the old published sources that exist on the man so I had to put together what I could find on websites.★Trekker (talk) 06:37, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
