[edit]I've removed this sentence: "It was because his father was a Nazi collaborator, but his mom was Jewish, which was just like the situation people faced in World War 2." I can't make any sense of it, and I think it just repeats the sentence that immediately preceded it. If anyone thinks it belongs there and can parse it, feel free to put it back!DianaW 04:23, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
Number of works
[edit]In contradiction on the New York Times article, given as a reference, I put the amount of novels, essays, et cetera, that Mulisch wrote on over 80, as his Dutch publisher does. I believe 30 could be the number of publications that are widely translated, but in Dutch it is defenitely more.
With apologies for my restricted command of Englisch language,

'Relatives' in infobox
[edit]I'm convinced this should read 'influences' instead of 'relatives', I don't know how to change this myself. Swesbed (talk) 16:35, 20 October 2023 (UTC)
