Speedy tag inappropriate
[edit]Yes, the text is copied, but it's from text in the public domain - specifically, from the DANFS website. Wikipedia even has a template dedicated to text from this site because it's used in hundreds if not thousands of articles, ie this template:
This article incorporates text from the public domain Dictionary of American Naval Fighting Ships.
