Notability and Close Paraphrasing

After declining the speedy deletion request, I referenced it as best I could, while perhaps weak, I think there may be a claim to notability. Given that the subject of the article died prior to the rise of the internet, I suspect an offline search for sources would turn up a bunch more than I was able to. However in finding sources for notability, I did notice the article is uncomfortably close to the wording in some of the sources. Sounds like an interesting character, hopefully it can be improved further and stick around. Monty ₈₄₅ 03:22, 16 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
