Photo of sharp
[edit]I've been able to find one image of Sharp, which can be found here, and in higher resolution here. I think the earliest appearance of that photo is Popenoe's "The Progress of Eugenic Sterilization" (1934). None of the sources give a date for the photo, but it might have been a relatively recent photo in 1934 (given that Sharp would have been 64 at the time). It's not PD by age, but there's probably a good argument for it being PD for another reason (such as being published without a proper copyright notice, or not having its copyright renewed), but we might have to do some more research to nail that down.
