The population figure must be for the district, not the "city." The "city" of Harnai is a dusty little village about 1 kilometer on a side that lacks large buildings and can't have more than 30,000 people in it, if that. MarkB2^Chat 02:00, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
