Origins of the dish

[edit]

The article as presently written suggests that this is mainly an Armenian dish, but later edits indicate that a number of other countries have this dish as well. Does this dish have origins in Armenia? Perhaps this article needs to be rewritten with less Armenian emphasis. Ketone16 (talk) 02:25, 4 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal

[edit]

The articles "Harees" and "Harissa (dish)" should be merged due to scope overlaps. I think "Harisa" might be a good name under which the merged article can be placed. --mettokki (talk) 17:05, 3 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Support the merger. --Maumivi (talk) 12:32, 18 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I've completed the merge to the article with the most content, and perhaps the title can be decided through the process of a requested move should there be sufficient interest. Klbrain (talk) 05:46, 11 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
