Origin?

[edit]

The surname "Haring" is not uncommon in the Netherlands, also "Haring" is Dutch for Herring. In my opinion it is quite likely that the surname has Dutch origins in stead of Austrian, or there may have been parallel developments. Caseman (talk) 13:40, 21 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Keith Haring description

[edit]

The linked Wikipedia article refers to Haring as an “American Artist”, not an “American street artist”; his origin was in graffiti but I’m not sure what makes his later (and most notable) work “street art” 2600:1700:10E0:44E0:24D3:3CD0:B720:7D22 (talk) 01:09, 24 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
