Friday Night Debate

Chris Matthews,

Mr Matthews my question regarding the debate is: During the period where sanctions were being discussed regarding Iran, Senator McCain made the comment he would create an Economic groug made up of various countries which would level their own sanctions, headed by I presume the United States. My questions are:

1. Would this group take the place of the U.N. or would they act independently? 2. Which countries would make up this group? 3. What reaction would the countries have that were excluded? 4. Would this group take their agenda throughout the world? 5. If I understand a group under this idea; if a country does not do as the group wants,would the group try to destroy that country economically? 6. Isn't an idea like this what is wrong with how the United States is viewed in the world? 7. Why didn't any of the talking heads talk about this idea?
