The result of the move request was: moved. To quote WP:TITLE, "Wikipedia generally prefers the name that is most commonly used (as determined by its prevalence in a significant majority of independent, reliable English-language sources)" While at the time of the request, the only source in the article used "Happy Hour", Googling the show reveals a variety of sources (including reliable sources) using "Happy Hours", such as [1], [2], and [3].
