Bangladeshi descent
[edit]In his official biography[1], Rep Clarke claims that his father Hashim was an Indian. Isn't this more authentic than a Bangladeshi link saying he is of Bangladeshi descent? Ratibgreat (talk) 12:02, 24 June 2011 (UTC)
- There are other questions about his ethnicity and heritage. For years he has made the claim that his mother was African-American. Now her death certificate has surfaced, on which her ethnicity was recorded as "white." Representative Clarke's responses to questions about the veracity of his past statements have been theatrical-looking outraged claims of personal attacks on his family. See:
