Need Reference

The only previous reference listed ([1]"Conflicting Signals", Tunisia, vol. 75, Oxford Business Group, May 19, 2005) is now 404. It looks like they currently only store articles from the beginning of 2012 [2]. If this volume was in print and just online, it could be restored. Otherwise, the only possible sources seem to be local Tunisian news groups. Could someone with experience in these Tunisian matters find an RS?
