Image:FotoviewfullLili.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Ethnicity

Neither "Mżyk" (her mother's name "de domo") nor Szyguła (or awkwardly transliterated into german: Schygulla) is a german name. They sound very polish, and without any doubt sound they 100% slavic. Just because the territory they were living in was occupied by german invadors, does not automatically mean they were ethnic germans. In fact, their names prove utterly to the contrary. And I undid this change, because the text makes no sense now. If her parents were Polish there was no sense in fleeing in 1945. The family may have Polish roots, but it seems their ethnicity changed in an earlier generation. And if you consider Koningshute 'occupied' in 1943, then that is a personal opinion. Silesia was part of Bohemia, Austria, and since 1742 Prussia. And now of Poland. Please conform to normal historical parlance. Get your facts straight. Silesia was part of Poland almost since it's inception. It's true it's parts were being many times invaded and incorporated into different states, however Silesia was originally an ancient land of Piast royal dynasty and it's parts that were taken away from Poland were nevery fully ethnically cleansed by either Germans(Prussians) or Austrians. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.12.91.242 (talk) 14:53, 26 August 2012 (UTC) Take a look at this for example[reply]
