Assess : newly added and existing articles, maybe nominate some good B-class articles for GA; independently assess some as A-class, regardless of GA status.
Cleanup : * Sport governing body (this should-be-major article is in a shameful state) * Field hockey (History section needs sources and accurate information - very vague at the moment.) * Standardize Category:American college sports infobox templates to use same font size and spacing. * Sport in the United Kingdom - the Popularity section is incorrect and unsourced. Reliable data is required.
* Fix project template and/or "to do list" Current version causes tables of content to be hidden unless/until reader chooses "show."
The page should be kept because the sport is growing in the U.S. UCLA, UC Berkeley, Layola Marimount University, and US Naval Acadamy plan to form team handball clubs. [1][2]
And currently, US Military Acadamy and the US Air Force Acadamy both have teams. [3][4]. This shows interest from schools and there are as well national tournaments held each year. [5]Gordomono (talk) 03:07, 29 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I admit, I have an odd fascination with AfD discussions, and it looks like this article was subject to an AfD vote a while back, but I canät find it for some reason. Are old AfD discussions deleted_ Itäd be interesting to see the course of that conversation. I donät follow handball, but it seems an obvious keep.
