Improve
[edit]The article is prefaced with this note: The introduction to this article provides insufficient context for those unfamiliar with the subject. Please help improve the article with a good introductory style. (March 2009)
I think I've fixed the problem of insufficient context by adding the Rationale section. Would someone consider removing the "insufficient context" warning from the article? Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.16.232.122 (talk) 16:42, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
Notability
[edit]Is this project at all notable? All the references seem to be to the project itself? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.125.180.133 (talk) 15:15, 4 September 2015 (UTC)
- I'm not going to go out and find outside news articles presently, but I would say that the JUnit reference counts for something: it's an important software library announcing that it now requires Hamcrest. That's something like the software equivalent of a news story about it, although it doesn't match a "mainstream news" notability standard they way something like Heartbleed did.
- In other news - the Rationale section is quite clear, but it uses a second person voice. Should this be changed to 3rd person/neutral? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wintermute92 (talk • contribs) 18:26, 19 April 2016 (UTC)
