Ambassadorship

At the moment the article reports that he was replaced in 2011. (In April 2011, he was replaced in Botswana by the former ambassador to South Africa, Philemon Kambala.^[1]). The reference given is no longer accessible, and I have found a later article which shows he was replaced in November 2014.("Pohamba Appoints New Ambassadors." allAfrica.com, 13 Nov. 2014). One article that is accessible reports speculation about the recall of Hishongwa.
