One sourced article on the product line with a cited history would be more likely to survive a notability challenge. See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mobile Internet Experience. Suggest that one and the model stubs HP Mini 1000, HP 2133 Mini-Note PC, HP Mini 2140, HP Mini 210, HP Mini 311 and HP mini 5103 Notebook Also note the very inconsistent titles? It seems the HP page http://www.shopping.hp.com/mini/ went away over a year ago. So these perma-stubs will never become independently notable.
