A fact from HMY Alexandra appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 10 May 2011 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that the former British royal yachtAlexandra(pictured), sold to Norway in 1925, was sunk by Luftwaffe bombers when she tried to escape to the United Kingdom in 1940?
Several sections ("Hurtigruten", "Norwegian Campaign" and "Last voyage and sinking") are suffering from citations piled up at the end of paragraph. The citations should be distributed more evenly throughout the paragraphs against the statements they apply to. GraemeLeggett (talk) 18:16, 9 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Still, though, doesn't scattering the citations reduce the readability of the text? That a concern I've seen elsewhere. Manxruler (talk) 21:21, 9 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Done That's how spread out the cites can get without making the text unreadable. Many of the cites support each other anyway. Manxruler (talk) 23:24, 9 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
