Did HMS Jaguar complete voyage to Iceland 1976

Armament

The references to main armament are completely wrong. She had twin 4.5 turrets from build. Did she ever have depth charge projectors? The Radar outfit in the side table also seems to be either wrong or a description of the fit once transferred to Bangladesh? I will try and find an authoritative source and correct.
