External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on HMS Encounter (H10). Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20150715175407/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRcOmYgdp4E to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRcOmYgdp4E
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

Re my edits
[edit]Sturmvogel 66, re your asking not to remove links. I agree. However, and please correct me if I am wrong, I have noticed that throughout the page once a ship is first mentioned and linked (to another Wiki page), then when that ship is mentioned again on same page it is not linked, just italicised. So I was just following the formatting I had seen in the article, as in the instance seemingly in question Inazuma had already been linked. KevinVD (talk) 20:24, 28 September 2019 (UTC)
- You are quite correct. My apologies, I overlooked the first link for the destroyer.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 21:27, 28 September 2019 (UTC)
No 20mm on bridge sides / 'wing's
[edit]In the 'Description' section on main page it states "Encounter probably also had a pair of QF 20 mm Oerlikon cannons added on the sides of the bridge."
This is incorrect. Video survey evidence of the wreck shows no 20mm on bridge side / wings.
Suggest removing that assumptive statement.
