Namesake?

Can anyone provide a reference showing that Parramatta is named for the City and not the river like her previous namesakes?AlexanderFrancis (talk) 07:35, 31 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I haven't been able to find one, so I've changed it to Parramatta River as the ship's namesake. -- saberwyn 04:10, 12 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
