Recent Humanitarian missions
[edit]A DOD image search for HM-15 yields recent images of humanitarian aid performed by HM-15 including 2004 Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina and the 2005 Pakistan earthquake [1]. Might be worth mentioning at some point. You could also try a news search on navy news stand. --Dual Freq 00:58, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
Looks like some others have contributed (or linked) some images. "Navy News Stand" offerings are limited and contain only information intended for positive naval retention. Most of the navy.mil older sources are currently unavailable. However, history.navy.mil seems to be working, and it is a very wealthy "official" source of information, as the PDF reports posted there are generated by the commanding ranks at the squadron on a yearly basis. There are some years missing, but the source is the most solid one yet. Unfortunately, the reports during the USN/USNR/TAR integration are also missing, along with no mention of the Aircrew trainer apparatus, nor other training advancements. What is listed is far more achievements that need to be added to the wiki. It was not attempted to give a mission or detachment history of this squadron, as more often than not, they are on back-to-back missions and training exercises; the entries would be legion. --Duane Phillips 18:58, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
HM-15's current Commanding Officers is Commander Leavitt [1], who took over as C.O from Commander Santoski in November 2012 after the incident in Bahrain. Master Chief Mallo is the current CMC [2], following suite and relieving Master Chief Anderson due to the same reasons. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.107.157.98 (talk) 16:41, 9 January 2013 (UTC)
