[edit]I have streamlined the text, added Wiki links, and removed the orphan tag.
What is written should be relevant to the notability of the subject; listing the names of Williams' grandchildren wouldn't enhance notability unless his relationship with the children had an important bearing on his writing or other notable aspects of his life. Ditto that his wife is long-suffering and ever patient, and that his parents are called Ray and Effie. I've left in his wife's name; perhaps this is a mistake, or maybe I'm just feeling too kindly to an article that would be interesting if an editor could be found to develop it.
