- Non-reviewer comment - Being that I'm familiar with the project, I have a few comments for the reviewer, maybe to help out. First off, I find the image to fail the rational. It really serves no purpose, unless you find some way to lead it to critical analysis on Carey's weight gain and pregnancy speculation. Next, there is no music video synopsis either, we need that. Also, I'm actually not sure, but there might be a single cover. Better check. Additionally, the grammar is kind of weak and the references are poorly formatted. Short article, but lots to be done.--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 22:43, 7 June 2011 (UTC)
- I have a gut feeling this is no-where GA worthy. Nathan there was no single cover released, at least officially. — Legolas (talk2me) 05:29, 8 June 2011 (UTC)
- The cover is just a vinyl sleeve. Not sure whether these are to be used on WP. Adabow (talk · contribs) 06:36, 8 June 2011 (UTC)
- Not an officially released cover + its for the remix, not the original version + vinyl covers are not used. — Legolas (talk2me) 06:41, 8 June 2011 (UTC)

I think it will be quite hard to make this a GA come to think of it. It only charted on one chart, there are only a couple of reviews for the song and even less for the video. I think the Live performance section is thorough as I have listed every performance, plus there is no single cover and no info about the Composition. I only nominated it to see what exactly what would be needed to be done in order to improve it. calvin999 (talk) 12:49, 8 June 2011 (UTC)
- It matters not the size or notability of a song. I brought "Forever" to GA a while ago, and its even smaller than this one. Just focus on the grammar, content and ref formatting. Though small, there is still much to do.--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 00:42, 9 June 2011 (UTC)
- Let me search also, at present it does not look GA-worthy to me, and Nathan so does "Forever", I'm sorry. — Legolas (talk2me) 04:34, 9 June 2011 (UTC)
- Well "Forever" was one of my first GAs done over eight months ago, so I don't expect it to be some of my best work.--CallMeNathan • Talk2Me 08:34, 9 June 2011 (UTC)

- Non-reviewer comment
Hi Legolas. I just came across this review through WP:SONG and, since I am here, I would like to comment:
- WP:MOS breaching: [misplaced punctuation, should come before the link] "[3],, [basic use of upper case] Carey sings notes in the Whistle Register which are frequent in the song, [misuse of italics] A review by "MOBO Online"
- Overlinking, terms like singer-songwriter and studio album seem common
- One paragraph per subsection
- The live performances section seems like just a list of live performances of Mariah, no mention whatsoever of its significance
- Little or no info bout the music or its lyrics
- Echoing your comments above, this article seems not GA-worthy, as of now. So much to work on especially on its contents. Please be reminded also folks that GAN is not a venue wherein you can solicit comments like that of WP:PR. Thank you. --Efe (talk) 14:14, 13 June 2011 (UTC)
Review
I don't think this article can be GA in such a short time. There is absolutely nothing in the article that would warranty a somewhat steady song GA. I personally searched the internet and the Mariah Carey fanzines. Either she positively hates the song or its just irrelevant to her, like its video. She never-ever-ever spoke bout the song's composition, nor the producers too.
- That's my qualms with the YouTube interview. Ignoring the fact that its a copyvio, Carey is not talking specifically bout the song, but about the general songs from MOAIA.
- The cancellations for AA relate to the cancellation of the album's promotion, not the songs.
- There is no composition or recording info.
- Critical response could have been expanded, but its not I see.
- Unsourced additions like the debut on the R&B chart.
- As far as I know, the song also entered the Brazil Billboard charts, following the success of IWKWLI.
- That background section division is pretty unnecessary.
- Louboutins, when you are mentioning a brand, you need sources.
- No idea how her interview for Precious is relevant in live performances.
- That live performance section is a WP:DIRECTORY. I mean aren't there supposed to be descriptions of performances?
- That vinyl release, was it official through IDJ or Juno?
Many questions unanswered, many left behind. I think the only chance this article would have for GA is if Carey's biographers cover her MOAIA album in their latest editions, and talk about it. At present it does not fulfill the GA requirements. — Legolas (talk2me) 16:01, 13 June 2011 (UTC)
