Maubussin Zodiac
[edit]This type appears twice and I've used the names given in the cited sources. Given the dates, the Anger machine and the altitude record taker are almost certainly the same aircraft. Chasing up the Société Zodiac I found this report [1] which, taken with Flight's description of the engine, makes it plain that it is a Mauboussin M.120. There is a photo of the Angers aircraft in Flight; only the last letter "Z" is visible, but only three were built and one was F-AMOZ ([2]), which fits the bill.TSRL (talk) 17:16, 5 March 2015 (UTC)
